The Technopark Phase-I campus showcases the expansive scale and strategic significance of Technopark Trivandrum. This campus with its nineteen buildings is organised into three distinct segments-seven buildings owned by Technopark forming one segment. The buildings are:Bhavani, Thejaswini, Nila, Gayathri, Pamba, Periyar, and Chandragiri. The remaining twelve buildings, either privately owned or co-developed, on land leased from Technopark form the other two segments.
