QUAD project
A top feature of the Technocity campus is the upcoming IT integrated micro-township project christened ‘QUAD’. Coming up on a 30 acre site this micro-township with its thoughtfully designed layout will showcase about 4 million square feet of built-up space. The ‘QUAD’ project has obtained all necessary approvals, including the Cabinet nod of the Kerala Government. The ‘QUAD’ project envisions an investment of INR 1600 crores to offer state-of-the-art infrastructure for professionals, businesses and consumers from all over the world. As the name ‘QUAD’ suggests, this integrated micro-township involves four entities: (1) An IT office block on 5.50 acres to have a built-up area of 8.50 lakh square feet. The construction cost of the block will be about INR 380 crore and will have the potential to employ 6000 IT professionals; (2) A co-developed commercial building complex on 5.60 acres with a built-up area of 9 lakh square feet at a cost of INR 350 crore; (3) A co-developed IT and ITeS office block on 4.50 acres comprising a built-up area of 8 lakh square feet at a cost of INR 400 crores with a potential to provide jobs to 6000 IT professionals and (4) A residential complex on 10.60 acres with a built-up area of 14 lakh square feet at a cost of INR 450 crores. This residential complex will have 1100 dwelling units. The stage is also set to soon commence the construction work of this micro-township. In summary, the ‘QUAD’ project of Technocity will serve as an IT infrastructure solution aiming to create cutting-edge, plug-and-play healthy and sustainable workspaces designed to enable multinational companies to thrive within an ecosystem that integrates industry support, capacity building infrastructure and effective governance. Moving into this location will be simple and quick with varied transport facilities available including an international airport which is just 15 kilometers away.

- Digital Science Park: The foundation stone for the country’s first Digital Science Park (DSP) was laid by the Honourable Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi on April 25, 2023. The DSP enables Technocity to celebrate a milestone in the Nation’s transformation into a high-tech economy.
- Kerala Digital University: The 10.33 acre campus of the Kerala University of Digital Sciences, Innovation and Technology (Kerala Digital University) was commissioned in February 2021.
- Kabani: Technocity’s maiden IT building-Kabani was inaugurated by the Honourable Kerala Chief Minister Shri Pinarayi Vijayan on February 4, 2021. The commissioning of Kabani marked a significant milestone in the Technopark Phase-IV (Technocity) campus, featuring a built-up area of 2 lakh square feet, currently accommodating twenty IT companies.
- TCS Campus: The 94 acre TCS IT/ITeS campus dedicated to advancing technologies like IoT, Blockchain, Data Analytics and AI is set to become a cutting-edge facility scheduled to get commissioned in December 2024.
- KSPACE: The Kerala Space Park (KSPACE) project is a key strategic initiative of the Government of Kerala aimed at promoting the establishment of industries in high-potential areas like space, aviation and defence. The vision of KSPACE is to position Kerala as a leading hub for products and services related to the strategic sectors of space, aviation and defence thereby creating substantial employment opportunities for the State’s highly skilled youth which would correspondingly make significant contributions to Kerala’s economy.
- Suntec Business Solutions: The Company commissioned their first IT building of 3.10 lakhs square feet along with 30,000 square feet of clubhouse and recreation facility, in their 10 acre campus at Technocity.
- Emerging Technology Hub: Established by Kerala StartUp Mission- this hub is dedicated to nurturing start-ups and businesses focussing on cutting-edge technologies.
- Unity Mall (One District One Product): The Unity Mall project will serve to encourage the Government of India initiative to achieve balanced regional development across India. Under the project, a unique product from each State and Union Territory plus one unique product from each of the fourteen districts of Kerala would be marketed through the mall. The project is linked with the broader goals of the Government of India’s initiative to position local products for global recognition.
- MSME Technology Centre: This project will focus on the growth and development of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) by providing essential resources, support services and training programmes tailored to the unique needs of each MSME. The Centre will serve as a hub for knowledge sharing and networking to help small businesses scale their operations and enhance their competitiveness in the market.
